Mark R. Bausinger, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bausinger has more than 25 years of experience in finance and administration. He
was previously CFO at Neuron Therapeutics and Medecision Inc., a healthcare management
software company. He has held VP-level positions at US Bioscience, Inc. and the Beecham
Group plc (now GlaxoSmithKline). Mr. Bausinger was also the Director of Finance for
the Pharmaceutical Division of Centocor, Inc.
