Dr. Ways has more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical development,
regulatory affairs and quality assurance spanning medical devices, drugs and
biologics. Dr. Ways was previously VP, RA/QA Neuron Therapeutics. Prior to
Neuron she was VP of Regulatory Affairs at MedImmune, Inc. Prior to MedImmune,
Dr. Ways held senior level regulatory and quality positions with Aventis
Behring Ltd. and Glaxo Research Institute where she interacted extensively
with the FDA and other worldwide regulatory agencies on regulatory submissions
and compliance activities.
